Ok my 2 girls are getting older and Barbie wallpaper just aint the in thing so im told.
stripped back walls, re-painted all wood work, re-lined the ceiling and painted, walls re-wallpapered, new light,new curtains ,new carpet and bits and bobs.

My wife put up the new wallpaper as she loves to do it and is pretty damn good at it.

please note Nico the Hamster needed is moment of fame and Teddy well he is a lot like me :yum::yum::yum:

Me too!!! Though I have a certain dislike for wallpaper. Looks good once it's up but taking it down and getting all the old stuff cleaned off......sheesh, what a mess.

I'm not a wallpaper guy either, but that looks nice. Is that a textured vinyl on the ceiling or a texture to the plaster? Looks very nice. :flowers:



I think we could use another picture or two of Mrs. Galvatron, too. How did such a homely bloke like you land such a hottie???? :whistling:

Looks good, I don't do wallpaper, too hard to put up and too much fiddle to remove again, emulsion paint is so much easier. I admire people who can do it though, my Mum was brilliant at wallpapering.

The Ceiling has had a textured paper put on it(known as a blown vinyl here) and painted...the quickest and most effective way.

I think you answered as you went along...i was going to re-plaster but took the paper route for quickness.

Mrs Galvatron is not Pictured....the 2 in the pictures are my Daughters aged 6 and 13:yum::yum::yum: but yes Mrs Galv is a hottie.
