Default Brake Pads for the BR 100

Our brake pads on the foot brake are worn badly at a angle. We can fix the wearing at a angle issue but looking for pads. Should we get these relined or does Minnesota outdoors best place to get replacements? I think Prinoth will be way expensive. Parts in Canada would be nice also. Dollar difference and shipping, GST and Duty are real $$$ killers.
How about pusher cooling fan blade. Ours hit the hydraulic pump and bent. We are thinking of mounting a electric fan. Anyone else have their fan blade hit the pump? Why would it touch? To much flex in blade?

Couple of questions for the experienced operators here. Thanks
