A Day In The Life of A Fire Lookout

I thought I would share this - I was browsing looking for new and exciting adventures to go in this great world of ours and I recently started looking at fire lookouts that are rented during off-peak season to hike in and camp. If you have the stamina to make it to one of these places you can be given a gift of a lifetime. This lookout is on Mount Tamalpais, Marin County, San Francisco Bay Area USA.

Go full screen, no distractions, with moderate sound. Enjoy.

:ermm: can we post videos here?

Okay, until I figure it out. Sorry. Try >>> http://vimeo.com/48169212

Hey Jim, is it pretty cool, kind of making you feel somewhat away from it all. That's what I need. I am reconnecting these days. Do you have a link and/or phone number for availability/provisions/access, etc.

Hey, who is the guy in upper right? I recognize him from a YT video to Willamette Forest Gold Butte Lookout.
