So our friends at the Goldmyer hot springs on the Snoqualmie Middle Fork needed some fresh food and a sanity check. The usual mode of transport being tracked quad wasn't really ideal for the nearly 50 mile trek. So we offered up the cat as a public service. The on site caretakers were pretty happy to some friendly faces and the bins of new groceries. Cat of course purred right along. Sipped 23 gallons in 3.8 hours. Nearly 50 miles RT.
Pretty cool little place. It's off the grid but not primitive. Hot and cold running water. Propane and wood heat. A tiny hydro plant to make some volts for lights etc. Satellite internet for WiFi and Netflix.
