They bought another ski area at Government Camp.

yup they sure did, plans are for a chair lift from government camp to timberline lodge and they are contracting with a guy to do snow cat tours.

timberline lodge is going to have skiing from timberline to government camp, the whole northside of mt hood will become a great ski mecca, with light rail trains running from portland to government camp, mid mountain brew pubs, ski in - ski out lodging, several grand lodges, this is going to be fabulous....and that is just the winter operations master plan has been submitted to USFS and looks like approval is a done deal.
