Starts right up after sitting a year, even with old crappy gas. It has a rebuilt 251 Flat-Head Chrysler/Dodge Industrial that runs like a top. It doesn't leak or drip, all the gears work well. It needs to be repainted if you want to "Show-It". 8000$, Near Seattle/Tacoma. 1/2 Front Skidplate.

Something makes me want to set a vintage VW bug body on top of this for some reason..................

Plenty of comments, but no "bites". I'm willing to negotiate a lower price. The single only reason I'm not keeping it is that I don't have a use or application for it. It's taking up space in my shop. There was a party that used to convert these for fire fighting for the forest service. If I had a tree farm I'd keep it. It IS 4 speed, and runs well up to about 35 or 40 MPH. For an extended test run I drove it for many miles in the rugged Cascades (Mt. Baker Snowqualmie National Forest just a couple miles outside the Mt. Rainier Nat. Park)on logging roads, being escorted by my snow-cat hauler truck, but nothing went wrong and we never had to haul it. It is fun to drive.
A guy, "Davy Jones" called and indicated that he was in some sort of competition pulling stuck cars out of a mud hole. In mr. Jones words: "Some guy with a J5 "Kicked my but" and pulled out 6 vehicles to my one!"
anyway, it needs a good home.
