Well redsqwrl should be home this morning, after a long trip of snow cat hunting and hauling....
He was here last night and we went out for some BBQ at my favorite place. Wish we had more time, this trip, but I get the feeling we'll get the chance to get together again this winter!!
What a load of snow cats and parts he had this trip. If there was a place in his van or trailer, there was some part of a snow cat there, including a 10' snow blade for a Thiokol 2100!! Oh did I mention the triton Ford V8 and trans beside the blade?.....
Really intersesting to see the Snow Trac he had, #268....Mine is #267.
His was an Alaskan machine at one time. Wonder if mine was too, a back in the day, because of that. I had been told it was here in the states, but at 50 years old it's a bit hard to tell..
Thanks for stoppin in Mike!
Regards, Kirk
