You can probably fab them up with stair rail stock. Not quite a half round in profile. Another option is to go the a sheet metal/welding fab shop and have the form the correct profile on a press brake. Then you could bend them into the angle flat up from the belting. I know how you feel; I have about 19 of them to do for my machine too!

There is a complete set on ebay for $1200. If you plan on keeping your snowcat for a long time and using it a moderate amount then these spare tracks would come in very handy. I am surprised they are still available.
