Pin for belts? What exactly is this PIC?

I THINK it's a 'flexco' connector.

I have one side with a bolt and nut. The other track has this fastener.

Two of these pins go in. seems like you would put them smooth side out, get them in the track, then rotate the pins to engage the fasteners and not slide out.

Not sure exactly which this is, what size pin, or where to buy a few feet of the stuff. I need 4 pieces for sure.. and with this.. I think I'd rather buy 8 or 12 and have em on the shelf.
