to have everything new that comes along.

I sold my dual sport bike last year to buy my Sno-Cat, maybe next year I can get one of these. The cold weather is keeping me from wanting it too bad, and if we had some more snow I might get some use out of the 'Cat.

I had an XR600R (off road, including knobbies) with a plate zip tied to the rear fender and a brake light switch.

Great bike!!!! Buddy of mine has a XR650L for sale. I am seriously thinking about buying it. Not quite as off road as the one you had but for my needs works great. I run alot of gravel roads on the mtn. And Tar roads to get to the mtn.

Mine was a little too "off-road", while I could technically sorta leagally ride on the street, it was a terrible street bike. It was a pretty good off-road bike, a little dated and a lot heavy, hard to start at times, and fast, but I dont feel it was as torquey as the older dual carb models. I've owned 4 XR600Rs over the years.
