Happy New Year to you too. We are getting dressed up for a night out. Dinner and dance. Should be a good time.

No roast for me. Some of my friends are meeting me at the cigar lounge. The lounge is CLOSED, but we are having a private party. Going to deep fry a wild turkey. Got some deer sausage. Apple pie. Nut and fruit rolls. Various side dishes. Plan to watch football all afternoon.
Oh, and there will be some adult beverages consumed.

No! Hell no! My rtv stays in the barn most of the winter. I like a cab and heat when I get these old bones out in the cold weather. They are warning of wind chills in the -40 range for tomorrow and Friday. I will be fine with chains on the truck and backhoe. First I have put chains on the backhoe in 3 years. It is 4WD but on ice it ain't worth a damn W/O chains. Truck has chains on the rear and a bed full of red oak. If it would get too bad I have chains for the front of the truck also but it shakes you around bad. The backhoe is bad enough with chains on all 4 wheels you can barely stand to run second gear unless you are in deep snow.

Although I hate to hate on all the poor northerners going thru this miserable winter so far, I DO wish to hate on all the warmie asshats that keep crying man-made global warming. Sorry, you folks up north, but maybe the winter of 2013-14 will get them to just STFU.
