Last Monday I placed our flea & tick protection products order, and told them that I am running very low on product. I ordered 50 pieces of every size and said that I needed it ASAP. Yesterday the add on order for 3 slow moving items arrived, but the original order didn't. I called this morning, and it was shipped yesterday. They said that they were short a few pieces and held the entire order until they were able to complete it and ship. I asked why they didn't just ship what they had in stock and back order the balance, and they told me that "it isn't cost effective" since they pay the shipping. UPS has it scheduled for Thursdays delivery, but I know from past experience that it is usually 2 - 3 days late from the schedule when it is coming a long distance. How do you deal with stupid people ????? I will be looking for a new supplier today.
