Dargo, did you do this? (the tracks are Kimpex brand, BTW)

I did see that picture somewhere, but I don't recall where at the moment. Somebody spent some major bucks on that thing!! My dealer carries Mattracks (or something like that) and I test drove one with tracks on it. For my needs, it just wasn't a good fit. It did give the RTV a bit more stability, and I'd imagine it would give it better flotation in sloppy conditions. However, I've made it known that the tires I have on my RTV now will get more traction than the engine can handle. I'm afraid that if I really wanted the tracks, I'd have to spend the money and either have the RTV fitted with a 40 hp Kubota engine or twin turbos.

I really wonder if any larger hp Kubota engine would bolt up to the transmission in the RTV?

Hey Bob, I found that perfect new little tractor for you that will run your mower deck fine and will have no problem on those pesky hills around your property. It's only a little ways out da highway from me. I can go pick it up for ya ifn you want. It ought to handle a perty good sized rear blade for snow removal too.
