601 shifter knob

I don't have the correct shifter knob, it has the wrong shift pattern on it. Is there replacements available? If not, is it a standard 60's ford. What is the thread size?

If you don't find one in short order let me know I will send the kid back up to NMU with one. Are you over and down or over and up. I think that pattern made it into the 70's as well.
