My God I have been laughing over this all morning. Seems Elizabeth Warren aka Pocahontas, contributed to a Native American cookbook in the 80's claiming to be Cherokee. Name of the book? You saw the title. Pow Wow Chow. :yum::yum::yum: This shit is so funny.

But wait! there's more. Injun' Liz plagerized the recipes from Pierre Cheney, the 60 Minute Gourmet.

‘Cold Omelets with Crab Meat,’ and ‘Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing.’ have always been my favorite Indian recipes.

You can't make this stuff up.

I think the new term of Elizabeth Warren is Fauxcohontas. No need to associate the real Pocohontas with such an unseemly criminal.

Want to have some fun - Go to Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Pow-Wow-Chow-Collection-Civilized/dp/9996688445
And look up some "reviews"
Of Lie-awatha's recipe:
I've received nothing but rave reviews from my colleagues after whipping up treats from this cookbook in the faculty lounge kitchen. Admirers of Pow Wow Chow may also enjoy Bow Wow Chow, a Indonesian-influenced cookbook from a former professor now in politics.
This is another good one:
I had no idea that Velveeta was so popular with the Cherokee Tribe....but where are the deer and squirrel recipes?

Grandmother was full Cherokee. Mom was half, I'm one quarter.
Here's what we said about mom's cooking. She couldn't burn water but,,,; she could make it taste AWFUL.

Suffice it to say, as a rule Cherokee's cannot cook. And apple pie is not a traditional Cherokee dish.

Elizabeth Warren not only stole a heritage she does not respect, she doesn't even know it. But then the truth is also amoung her missing talents.

Buddha once said, Three things cannot be hidden for long, the sun; the moon; and the truth. Ms Warren, one of the richest women in Congress, has managed to hide it for decades.:my2cents:
