Here is a pic of a 16" rim & a 3 ribbed tire that was just made for the bombardiers like the B12. This combo is made by alpineguidetire.com. I was told they are used alot on the LMC groomers. I want to know how the rim will stand up over time. Are there any special tools for mount & dismount of the tire ?
Will there be much buildup of snow, slush on these ? The B12 can travel up to 40 MPH. What does the LMC do ? I will be looking for 8 sometime this summer, but @ $499.00 each, I want to know what I'm getting onto.
