SW48 steering problem.

I hope somebody out there can help. I have mid 70's bombi that after sitting all summer will not steer, the two steering levers are floppy with no resistance. Any ideas?

Brake steer? Low (no) fluid in the master, because it leaked out somewhere? Maybe the master cylinders are in need of rebuild or replacement?

the sw's have a direct link like the bombies I think if so I would check for low differential oil or water contamination than adjust the steering laterals IAW. the manual
