NBC fires boss (finally) after 5 selective edit scandals

It took long enough, but finally after 5 manufacturered stories the boss at NBC news is out of a job.

1. During last year's presidential election Andrea Mitchell was caught manufacturing a Romney gaffe where none existed.

2. During last year's GOP primary, Ed Schultz edited video of Texas Governor Rick Perry to make him look racist.

3. In April of last year, the "Today Show" was caught editing audio of a 9-1-1 call to make George Zimmerman look racist.

4. In August of 2009, Contessa Brewer sliced and diced a photograph so it wouldn't look like a black man attended a Tea Party carrying a firearm.

5. Just this week, NBC News maliciously edited video of a town council meeting to make it look as though Second Amendment civil rights activists heckled a parent who lost his son in Newtown.

The only question I have is why it took the upper brass so long to get rid of this guy . . . and if they will follow through with cuts of staffers who committed these 'news' atrocities.

You're right, it wasn't Capus that doctored the "news", but 30-something Obama-lovin' producers that missed journalistic ethics in school. But it was Capus that fostered the corporate mentality that it was OK to malisciuosly edit the news if it supported the progressive agenda.

It seems that in 2008 the MSM lap dogs forgot the Founders intent that the free press meant that the press was free to be skeptical of government, not complicit with government. In fact it was the duty of the press to be skeptical of an over reaching government.

But like a weak man in a slobbering love affair, the MSM falls victim to the lust for Obama and does some really stupid shit. Hopefuly no more.

Don't look for much if any change. They are still owned by GE and Obummer has them in his pocket deeper than the other networks are.
