On your mark. Get set. Mueller Report!

The mainstream media headlines are already written: BREAKING — MUELLER REPORT REVEALS KEY DETAILS LEFT OUT OF BARR SUMMARY

Thursday is going to be a total s–t show.

The redacted Mueller Report is going to be released in the morning.

Remember all those reporters and Dems who were furious that Attorney General Bill Barr was able to draft a four-page summary of the Report’s conclusions in just two days. (He received the report on March 22, and released the summary on March 24, 2019)

Guess how long it is going to take those reporters and Democrats to issue a summary of the 400-page findings (not just conclusions)? Two minutes.

It’s going to be like the day the first Obamacare decision was released, with people carrying copies running to the cameras to get the first take on air.

And they will get it wrong.

I may be too generous in thinking they will wait two minutes. We all know that the articles already are drafted, in multiple versions, most of which focus on this hot take:

BREAKING — MUELLER REPORT REVEALS KEY DETAILS LEFT OUT OF BARR SUMMARY

Well of course, by definition a four-page summary of conclusions leaves out details from a 400-page report. That’s why it’s called a summary.

Here’s another pre-written hot take:

BREAKING — MUELLER REPORT WILL FEED CALLS FOR IMPEACHMENT INVESTIGATION

Well of course. You know what else feeds Democrat calls for an impeachment investigation? The sun rising and setting.

BREAKING — MUELLER REPORT HEAVILY REDACTED, RAISING ISSUES OF TRANSPARENCY

The law requires that certain information be redacted. Barr has announced it will be redacted in conjunction with a review by Mueller. The redaction of the document is not news.

BREAKING — DEMOCRATS CALL FOR RELEASE OF FULL UNREDACTED MUELLER REPORT

Demanding something they know they cannot get will keep the issue alive, and allow conspiracy theories to flourish.

BREAKING — MUELLER REPORT FAILS TO RESOLVE ISSUE OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

We know that. Barr mentioned Mueller’s non-conclusion when Barr also announced that he and Rod Rosenstein concluded there was no obstruction of justice:

After making a “thorough factual investigation” into these matters, the Special Counsel considered whether to evaluate the conduct under Department standards governing prosecution and declination decisions but ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment. The Special Counsel therefore did not draw a conclusion – one way or the other – as to whether the examined conduct constituted obstruction. Instead, for each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as “difficult issues” of law and fact concerning whether the President’s actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction . . The Special Counsel states that “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

I could go on and on. It’s all so predictable.

You know what the media will treat as non-news when the report is released? Mueller concluding:

“[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

Of course, we will cover the release of the report on Thursday morning. But we promise to be more patient in our analysis. We will take at least 5 minutes.

My prediction:unsure:

There will be plenty of material in the Barr report for the left o chew on and spit out. Nothing however for which the President and his staff have to worry.

Anyone here watch all or in part of the Sanders Town Hall on Fox News yesterday? I was busy so only saw snippets of it and very little of what I saw showed Sanders telling the truth. This is what the left / socialist / communists do. Not lying, but spewing disinformation. There is a difference.

Example. We can afford public health care for all because all western countries offer it but us and we are the richest. Disinformation. Not one of these countries, even if they all band together can defeat Russia or China without us. Not one. Norway just admitted the other day they cannot even defend themselves from a classic style invasion. It is on us to maintain a huge defense budget to protect ourselves and half the world. No politician or media wants to talk about this. We are carrying the load. There is no money left over for extras. We simply just pay way too much of a percentage of our GDP to even contemplate anything like Medicare for all without raising taxes to a level which would destroy our economy. Just look a Europe.

The left is emboldened from their successful disinformation campaign on the tax cut. Regardless of facts proving otherwise, including a recent New York Times article saying otherwise, the majority of Americans actually believe the tax cut only benefited the rich. How these stupid morons do not know it when their deduction goes down and they get some extra bucks in their paycheck is over my head to comprehend.

Disinformation from the left will reach a new fever pitch with the release of this report and it will be successful because the media is right there to foster it, promote and maintain the narrative right into 2020.

Sorry, boys and girls, but as Tyrion Lannister said on Game of Thrones the other night, "We are fucked".

11:00am tomorrow.

The Department of Justice says it will submit the redacted report to Congress and the public Thursday morning. NBC News will post a copy of the document on nbcnews.com as soon as it is available. An exact time for the release has not been disclosed, but Barr and Deputy Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who oversaw the investigation, will hold a press conference on Thursday at 9:30 am EST. Members have of Congress have been told by the Justice Department they'll get copies of the redacted report on CDs at around 11 a.m.,

News reporters are suppose to tell us what has happened. Not what they want us to believe will happen. Last night virtually every major news broadcaster told the world that the Barr redacted report will be a "coverup" of the Mueller report.

But,,,; Nobody has yet read the work.

The very definition of FAKE NEWS

Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report shows that there was no evidence that members of President Donald Trump's campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities, Attorney General William Barr said Thursday morning.

His statement came in a press conference held before the report was to be released to members of Congress and the public later in the day.

Like we didn't already know this.

If it's found that any Dem has been a part of anything, she's gonna be singing another tune, isn't she?

Attorney General William Barr Reiterates at Press Conference: No Collusion, No Obstruction
Posted by Mary Chastain Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 9:00am

https://legalinsurrection.com/2019/04/live-ag-william-barr-discusses-mueller-report/#more-280386

“the Russian operatives who perpetrated these schemes did not have the cooperation of President Trump or the Trump campaign or the knowing assistance of any other American for that matter.”

Attorney General William Barr once again reiterated that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report found that President Donald Trump and his campaign did not collude with Russia. He also stressed that he and Rosenstein did not find evidence that Trump obstructed justice.

You can read Barr’s full statement here at the DOJ website.

Volume 1 of the Mueller report discusses Russia’s attempt to interfere with our 2016 election. However, Mueller and his team did not find evidence that President Donald Trump or anyone in his campaign conspired or coordinated with any Russians:

First, the report details efforts by the Internet Research Agency, a Russian company with close ties to the Russian government, to sow social discord among American voters through disinformation and social media operations. Following a thorough investigation of this disinformation campaign, the Special Counsel brought charges in federal court against several Russian nationals and entities for their respective roles in this scheme. Those charges remain pending, and the individual defendants remain at large.

But the Special Counsel found no evidence that any Americans – including anyone associated with the Trump campaign – conspired or coordinated with the Russian government or the IRA in carrying out this illegal scheme. Indeed, as the report states, “[t]he investigation did not identify evidence that any U.S. persons knowingly or intentionally coordinated with the IRA’s interference operation.” Put another way, the Special Counsel found no “collusion” by any Americans in the IRA’s illegal activity.

Second, the report details efforts by Russian military officials associated with the GRU to hack into computers and steal documents and emails from individuals affiliated with the Democratic Party and the presidential campaign of Hillary Rodham Clinton for the purpose of eventually publicizing those emails. Obtaining such unauthorized access into computers is a federal crime. Following a thorough investigation of these hacking operations, the Special Counsel brought charges in federal court against several Russian military officers for their respective roles in these illegal hacking activities. Those charges are still pending and the defendants remain at large.

But again, the Special Counsel’s report did not find any evidence that members of the Trump campaign or anyone associated with the campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its hacking operations. In other words, there was no evidence of Trump campaign “collusion” with the Russian government’s hacking.

Barr: Mueller's thorough investigation concludes that Russian election interference was real & undeniable -- but that they did NOT have the cooperation of the Trump campaign, or the knowing assistance of *any* American. "No collusion by any Americans..."

Barr: After carefully reviewing the facts..and in consultation with the Office of Legal Counsel..I concluded that the evidence developed by the Special Counsel is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.

The redactions took place with the help of Mueller’s team. They had to redact information that apply to ongoing investigations like Roger Stone.

He also said NO REDACTIONS happened based on executive privilege. Trump chose not to do thais to stay in step with transparency. The White House and counsel saw the report before its release due to the Ethics in Government Act that allows people named in a report to see it.

Barr also said that he has “no objection” to letting Mueller, who is still a DOJ employee, testify before Congress.

From CBS News:

At his press conference, Barr will address whether the White House invoked executive privilege over any aspects of the report, a Justice Department spokesperson said. He will also seek to clarify the interactions between the Justice Department and the White House about the report over the past few weeks and discuss the process for how redactions were made.

The press conference is expected to last 20 to 30 minutes. The spokesperson described Barr’s demeanor as “calm” Thursday morning.

CBS legal analyst Jonathan Turley said “he believes Barr hopes to use his press conference to explain how the report’s redactions were made.” Other topics include discussions of executive privilege and interactions with the White House.

The DOJ will only have journalists with “Justice Department hard badges, a permanent form of press credential, although there will be a livestream of the event broadcast on the Justice Department website.”

The public release of the report will come out later Thursday morning. This version will have redactions related to Roger Stone’s case since it’s still going on.

Other redactions include “grand jury and classified information as well as portions relating to ongoing investigations and the privacy or reputation of uncharged ‘peripheral’ people.”

Certain members of Congress will “receive the version of the report without certain redactions,” but we do not know yet which ones. The rest of Congress will receive the redacted version.

Reporter Whines to AG Barr: Where’s Robert Mueller, ‘This Is His Report’
JOSHUA CAPLAN18 Apr 2019

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/...hear-from-mueller-its-a-report-he-did-for-me/

Attorney General William Barr on Thursday corrected a reporter’s assertion that special counsel Robert Mueller’s report was “his,” reminding him that Mueller authored the report on behalf of the Justice Department.

“There’s a lot of public interest in the absence of the special counsel and members of this team. Was he invited to join you up on the podium? Why is he not here?” asked the New York Times’ Eric Lipton. “This is his report, obviously that you’re talking about today.”

“Not it’s not,” Barr shot back. “It’s a report he did for me as the attorney general. He is required under the regulation to provide me with a confidential report. I’m here to discuss my response to that report and my decision to — entirely discretionary to me — to make it public since these reports are not supposed to be made public.”

Barr reiterated Thursday that Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election found no evidence of collusion or obstruction on the part of President Donald Trump.

Similar to the summary he provided after the report was released last month, Barr said the investigation found evidence that the Russians spread disinformation on social media, hacked into the Democratic campaign’s emails and peddled that stolen information to WikiLeaks and others.

“We now know that the Russian operatives who perpetrated these schemes did not have the cooperation of President Trump or the Trump campaign,” Barr said in a Thursday morning news conference.

Charges are pending in these cases but the Russian agents are at large.

Barr is scheduled to release at 11 a.m. a redacted version of the long-awaited report from Mueller, which runs nearly 400 pages. The report will be released to high-ranking members of Congress first, then posted online for the public.

The UPI contributed to this report.

They don't realize that by NOT acting on those 10 (possible) actions, it PROVES there was no obstruction
