Its all part of the plan to get rid of charity.

Once charity is eliminated then the government will have to step up to care for everyone. The dependent class becomes hooked on the centralized government and its handouts and that becomes a powerful voting block.

What a shame. As long as the kids are not causing any trouble and the neighbors aren't complaining, what is she hurting?

Has anyone read "The Heart and The Fist"? It's a great book. In it, the author explains the difference charities make compared to gov't programs. He explains how the people who receive charity monies are prideful and fulfilled. The money provides them access to wells, medical, and schooling, so that if they WORK for it, they can make something of themselves. He then explains how the populations who are GIVEN gov't monies and programs, are well, just like many in our inner-cities and rural areas of our country.
