They had one at the shelter last year. Thing weighed 26 lbs. and was not as big as that one yet. I can just imagine the litter box if you could not turn it outside like we do ours.

My exwife had a cat that was huge, I remember the vet saying it was the biggest cat he had ever seen, and he was an older guy. It wasnt that big, but it was close.
