I inherited this vehicle from my granddad who just had a new engine put in it. It needs the chains put back on and wiring figured out. Has good tracks but needs new tires. They emailed me back today and still have it.........it is apparently complete but partially disassembled

NOT a j-5. No tub, and wheels are wrong - those appear mount on wheel studs.

Funny looking isn't it

Its a a low production model out of Brazil called CU-8
It was developed to tow parade floats through the mountains and shallow rivers of the Andes.
