Do a search for Conveyor Belt Lacing for a local source in your area.

There are lots of different types, might be hard to match up your current joints, but you can replace the whole lacing system if you can't find compatible parts.

It can be purchased mail order from industrial supply houses like GRAINGER, EMURDOCK and others:

http://www.emurdock.com/flexco-alligator-conveyor-belt-lacing.aspx

This one looks fairly close >>> http://www.ashlandconveyor.com/categories/power-belt-conveyor/belt-lacing

Yes, new UHMW rub rail, new belting, and laces. This one should be ready to run if we get some snow.

Our well maintained 2100b came with fine threaded grade5 bolts with the threads only outside of the clips, a washer on each end and a single cinch nut.

My Tucker has grade ? Looks like no grade fine full thread bolts. Not as much wear going on there as you would think. The bolts have been out few times and show no wear.

Not sure you will find a bolt shank that long without threads?

I've always used grade 8 and don't tighten the nut against the lacing it will cause it to loosen leave 1/8 betweew the nut andlacing
