IMPO it should project as to where Trump is following the devine leadership of Jesus much as Moses did leading the people to the promised land. In the way this is presented it's as if Jesus's follows and approves of his message.
What the images say to me is that Trump is just a man, fallible and weak as the rest of us. But, Jesus, who is actually walking beside him, has his back.
