Buddy of mine has a Ural with a sidecar. It is kitted out as a WWII nazi vehicle for war reenactment events. He is looking to get a track and skis so it would look like this photo.

Anyone have any ideas where he can get parts for a conversion like this?

Another option is Timbersled:

They are now owned by Polaris Industries. Though I've owned many Polaris products over the years, my impression is new products are frequently under-engineered and insufficiently tested prior to actual production. The customer suffers while they make "improvements", which can mean de-tuning an engine, for example.
