Big Dog...... you will need to prove your qualifications... Please answer the following questions.....
1. When and why will you close a thread?
2. Will you allow intelligent discussion on the Kioti Forum?
3. Will you be adamant in your decisions?
4. Will you allow a person to claim that their tractor is superior to Kioti?
5. Will you become a disgrace to the Forums that you moderate?
6. Will you take every comment made about your moderation personal?
7. Will you see everything as being pointed to you even if it isn't?
8. Will you protect your friends posts while deleting others?
9. Will you suck up the the management of the site for brownie points?
