as the summer hibernation of our sno-cats ends, ( seems like it has been forever) I am hearing of so many wonderful events, that will fulfill our winter dreams, McCall is going to have far far more sno miles to enjoy, Michigan promises to have so much more sno, Colorado is going to be fabulous and looking like Oregon may host 2 events, both in very special places, and just maybe, Leavenworth, Washington will be back, time to pull our machines out of the cat houses and give them a warm bowl oil and show them a little love.

and then there is the 500 club events...

sure sounds like something for everyone to enjoy...

As much as I love summers, this sno cat thing has really made the winters awesome. I can barely wait. I also haven't done a darn thing to get ready for it.
Sounds like I better get things ready with all the fun ahead.

Since you mentioned winter...

All of us here on the McCall Crew have been working to make McCallin' All Cats 2018 "more better". So i guess this is the "official" announcement. Lots of sometimes strong suggestions and comments have been VERY helpful. So...

McCallin' All Cats 2018. Wednesday February 21 through Saturday February 24 2018.

Sending out a case of these for your protection. You know me safety first. They are two packs so Scott and you Are covered.

Orange Tip ones are for the Tucker rubber allergic reaction.

Things seem to be getting weird. Pontoons must be nearing extinction!

Surprised you don't have a Tucker medical bracelet alerting the public your fatal condition?

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but if that Sun Valley Tucker is for sale I would run, (not walk) away. That one is numbered 424. I owned 425, a 1979 1642. Supposedly the carriers had been rebuilt. Check out these photos. Note the blue color of my carrier and the blue color on the one in the photo:

It's exciting to hear about all of these cat events this winter. Colorado was a lot of fun last winter. Looking forward to Aaron announcing this year's event. I am hoping to make it to the Colorado event and at least one of the out of state ones. I have some friends I need to visit in Washington so maybe that one. Just need to do some work projects on my cat but I am fighting the upcoming winter so hard. 4x4 is just too much fun.

This sno cat thing is really catching on! Cool to have pins made of this one. Although I did see this outside collecting dust a few weeks ago, they might need a special cat house built for it.
Oregon is basically on fire this month and really looking forward to some crisp clean air (although we may have more open areas to play in is winter...).

I got inspired by all of this talk about summer hibernation ending. Put my cat on the trailer and took it to my friends shop today. Hopefully all goes well.

wow, the snow the is coming to upper midwest this weekend, maybe some early sno-catting

i am jealous,

the best part is, this up coming winter has 4 great sno-cat events on the calendar, all sound great and well planned, none should be missed, a big thank you to everyone that has taken on the task of planning/hosting a sno-cat gathering, everyone should try to make at least one, you do meet some really great people.

michigan california, idaho and colorado, what more could a sno-catter ask for?
