Felt bad about leaving the 443 behind while at McCallin' all cats so I took it out for an 18 mile drive with Tracy and his Scout. This route was given to us from the forest service as the one of the few 'snow cat' approved routes in the Methow Valley. Thanks to Tracy for working with the forest service to get the ok for us to use area even though all of the other roads off of the main route they indicated were open to us were gated due to 'non-motorized hunting area'. Had great weather with clear blue skies and mild to warm temperatures. Elevation started around 2000' up to about 4600'.

JimVT, i took the rig to WA Tractor in Omak as the motor is a standard issue John Deere. Monty and Tim did a great job sorting out issues and landed on a clogged fuel pump. Seems that PB does not put a filter between the pump and the tank. Not sure why, makes no sense. But replaced pump, added rock filter and now have consistent 37-38 psi and fuel power, no fault codes. With a few buddies we took a covey of 10-11 year olds out backcountry skiing yesterday up WA Pass. They had a great time and very good skiing!
