Thick bacon, thicker the better!!!!!coated with Dark Brown Sugar on both sides.

Put them in an aluminum pan.

Smoke them at 225-250 for 30-45 minutes. You can see when the bacon gets done.
Keep your eye on them!!! That sugar will burn really easily

You will want to keep some of these in a plastic bag in your back pocket ALL the time!!!!!

Gone But Not Forgotten
I have done that with ham for many years. I will have to try it with bacon some day. Well maybe today, I have some good thick bacon in the refrigerator thawing right now.
