New tracks !

I have cleared snow from my whole driveway with this....

New tracks have holes I could put ice caulks in :)

Second pic is the old tracks and my track management device.

I put new rails, sprockets, and idlers on mine 5 yrs ago once I couldn’t keep the tracks on....however it did make me really good at re-tracking the machine...I could put the track back on in 15 mins; not a good skill to be fluent in[emoji2957]

Ya, I was improving that skill. Could just see myself jammed between trees with a track half off...didn't want to do that.

The machine only has 3700 hours. I think they put thier worst tracks and bucket on it before they sold it. It also had a crushed door.
