Re: NAACP to push "civil rights" charges against Zimmerman via Dept of Justice
No way in hell Holder and the DoJ will go forward with this. First of all the FBI already investigated the matter and found no evidence of racism or violation of civil rights. Second, there's not a chance Obama will let Holder make a spectacle of this by filing federal civil rights violations charges. The entire admin would be vilified and no longer able to pretend they're not playin' the race card. I'm sure Holder WANTS to file charges but Barry will end that crap quicker than a Kardashian marriage.
Not to put too much polish on the pumkin but, I believe Obama has given an answer to your presumptions.
Sorry. BTW, Welcome to FF.

Leave it to President Obama to exploit a family's grief and swelling racist sentiments to push his personal agenda.
After the verdict of not guilty came down for George Zimmerman, the racist Left launched into its predictable display of outrage, with encouragement from some members of the media.
The family of Trayvon Martin showed extraordinary class, calling for the rest of the nation to reflect on the ruling and react peacefully.
The Left didn't listen, creating mob scenes in several cities across the country, such as Los Angeles, Oakland and New York. The Saul Alinsky rules were in full effect, with flag burnings, death threats, beatings of white passers-by and fires, in what the Associated Press termed "mostly peaceful" demonstrations.
Meanwhile, President Obama, never one to miss an opportunity to turn a crisis to his advantage, told the nation that after the Zimmerman verdict, "we should ask ourselves if we're doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that's a job for all of us. That's the way to honor Trayvon Martin."
That's a fine sentiment from the man whose Administration gave us Fast and Furious, Benghazi, arms for terrorists posing as Syrian rebels and fighter jets for the Muslim Brotherhood.
If the real goal is to prevent "tragedies like this," we could start by not publicly idolizing a pot-smoking wannabe gangsta who said the day before his death that he wanted to start a fight with someone. We can also stop pretending that a teen who tried to smash another person's head like a melon against the concrete is just an innocent victim out to buy Skittles and a soda.
The nation's first black president could also lecture his largest constituency and the media about the rule of law and that, yes, you are considered innocent until proven guilty in a courtroom.
Instead, Obama is pushing his radical agenda and stoking the fires of race hatred by allowing his Department of Justice to pursue federal charges in a purely local case that has already been decided.
This is to be expected from the president who helped start the whole racial circus by inserting himself into the case and saying, "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon."
What should have been the end of the effort to get Zimmerman is just going to be a speedbump on the road, thanks to the federal government. As Harry Reid said, "This isn't over with."
