its a balmy 57*F right now,windy as heck and my smoker is being a nice girl today. holding temps at approx. 240*F

some early food pron
a pork loin injected with apple sauce,coke,franks hot sauce and garlic powder..also rubbed

OMG!! Now I see why I haven't had you to talk to!!

that is true...i just put on a fatty and a couple more sausage links

when the sausages come off, some corn on the cob is next and possibly a trip to the store will get me some chicken as well..lol
