Imp 1404 brakes

I need help.... I can't find my manual.

There is brake fluid pouring out over one side of the differential and the brakes work funny and not at all on that side. Can't see anything up there and can't steer it to load it on a trailer.

I'm guessing a broken fitting or line. That won't be too bad to fix once I get to the broken stuff.

Can someone post a pic or copy of the manual page for me ? Please :5boobs:

Also need one of the covers for the resivoirs below the steering levers. Is this a normal thing I can find anywhere ? The one I have is plastic ? The one I need to replace is an expansion pipe plug thing

Thanks for any help.

Here's a pic of todays "adventure" :yum: Pushing the banks back to get ready for more.

Sounds to me like the slave cylinder failed. To get the machine home or onto a trailer tie a rope to the lever that the slave pushes against and have someone walk behind the cat to pull on the rope when you need to brake that side.

Thanks very much, Mtncrawler !

I'll rig up a pully as it's about half a mile from the trailer :thumb:
