1982 Bombi BR100 sprocket hub question

See attached photo, I would like to disassemble the hub to change the oil seals and to check from where the loose I have comes from. If I move the hub (if I call it right) from right to left I have a small loose. I don't know if it's normal. It's worst on one side. We can see at the top that the seal is broken a bit. Could someone help me with this??? :sad:
