How wore out are the cleats?they typically wear out from the inside in the center
Hump area. And get real thin then break.

Here is a picture of the broken cross link. It shows the cross section of the thickness of the cleat in the middle. I mic'd a crosslink and got .211". The track is in pretty good shape other than the one broken crosslink and one missing backing plate.
