In case you haven't noticed, There are many memebers here who own snow cats. Mine is my avitar, a Swedish unit called a Snow Trac.

Since you have snow for so long in Finnland, are there machines for snow travel? Here is alink to a get together we had in Febuary..

Only snow travel gear I have are My cross country skies... somebody have they own snow mobile but I have not because You can NOT drive it to somebody's else land, You have to be permission do that, I have some My own land but not enough drive snowmobile, on lakes You can drive freely but I am not fisherman either.

We have some of the same issues here. I have permission from my neighbors to cross their lands. I have alot of my own too...

Roads are OK, as these are considered much like a farm tractor if they are marked as slow moving vehicals. On the back you will notice a triangular orange sign that is for slow moving vehicals.

Neat machines, I bet you would like seeing, and riding in them.

Here is not possible drive snowmobile on roads, even if they are ice and snow, only marked lanes. If that kind machine like Your pictures show are register to tractors then You can drive a road but register process that kind machine maybe impossible.
