While I do understand how people can feel this way, it is not the best answer and will only serve to antagonize China. The one thing we do not need is more enemies; especially China, who is on the verge of full blown Capitalism.

Banning goods from China would harm American business and our own economy far more than it would China. Just think a moment about the vast number of products made by American companies operating in China. A proven economic principal is that if it is cheaper to import a product than to manufacture it, then it makes more economic sense to import it. This principal holds true for all countries in the global economic reality we now live in.

Free trade is the best policy; let the market work itself out because markets are inherently more efficient than government intervention.
