I need to replace a number of bolts during the assembly. Tucker loved fine thread through out this thing.

Any draw back to using coarse threads?

coarse thread will rattle loose faster and one can apply more torque to a fine thread bolt the coarse when used with a locking fastener should work just fine even up to the max torque for the fastener size.
