In need of a couple Thiokol 2100b Tires

We just happened upon a 2100b, serial # 880, that is in decent shape and we super excited to get it up and running.

We are in need to source a couple tires for the front bogie wheels. I have found a local place that can polymer fill the tire for $48 each but we haven’t found a source to buy the tires.

If you anyone has lead or contact to help source tires or if there is better wheel replacement solution out there. Here is what the tires are : 4.5 - 12NHS there’s a number on it 224595-GP-27 Goodyear Monorail

Also; we could really use a 2100b manual on CD, download or print.

Lastly, anyone have a complete blade and hydraulic setup that would work for this unit; please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are located at the top on 91 in VT. If you can help; please hit me up for an email or number. Thanks

I haven't seen your wheels, if you have mono rail wheels going to a late model 3700 wheel bearing and seal is the way to go. I have crunched the bearings on mine several times, if you have the bolt together rims with a 5 on 5 and a half pattern, you can use a perma groomer wheel from a br400. you will have to drive out the old studs and replace them with 9/16 grade 8 bolts and nuts. You should also consider drilling the holes on the rear sprockets and doing the same there as the half inch fasteners can break if running for extended periods on a side hill. If going with a filled tire make shur your filler can go up to the 80 psi those tires are supposed to run at I got a good deal on a couple with only 35 psi in them and they fell apart the first season.
