WOW, how were you able to find these?
The little town of Heby/Morgongåva that housed the factory, still have the production archive from the Snow Trac period up until it was moved to Østersund in the mid/late 70's. The guy responsible for the archive - Kenth Hansson - gave some of us a tour at the old factory remains and the archive.
Fun to browse through the order books and see the specifications etc. You ordered a base model and added all the extras like hard top, searchlight, winch, hydr., seat cushions, type of sprockets (high speed or crawler), type of tracks, VW or Porsche engine, special color, etc.
We did not have to much time there, so I had to consentrate on the Norwegian sales, but tried to get some North American, Japanese, UK private and UK ministry of Defense orders to. Quite many went to Iran also. There was also a lot of prototypes. To bad they shit down when they did. Could have been a lot of cool cats from them.
