The news this morning is saying that both France & Germany have been lobbying for, and now trilled with, the Obama proposal to restrict executive pay.
This is NOT just for banks that have been bailed out. Apparently it could extend to any large organization/corporation.
So while some corporations may be regulated I have to wonder about sports. There is probably no stadium, arena or other major sports venue that is not funded by public money. One would wonder if this will restrict the multi-million dollar contracts demanded by sports figures? And if not, then why not?
