Always wanted to grow potatoes but we have so much clay in our soil I think it would be futile to try.

Mix in some sand or septic pebbles.

Don't forget that Matt Damon did it on Mars!

I remember diggin' potatoes on the Grand parents farm. Grandma had us clearing the garden of brush, weeds and old tomato vines. We would burn them and place mud covered spuds in the hot coals.

Later some fresh churn butter, and OMG. There is nothing like it if you live in the city.
