This is NOT a self propagating virus.!! Macs do not get those. It is a trojan which exploits the fact that Macs for over a year now do not ship with Adobe Flash. So people download it from sleazey web sites. STAY AWAY and you will be OK.
Most likely XProtect on your computer has protected you and has been upgraded accordingly if you are running OSX 10.6.8 or later.
