Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:

I've seen this blown off because Democrat Representative from New York Jose Serrano has proposed this amendment in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and it hasn't passed, yet. At some point his tenacity is going to pay off don't ya think?

So the anointed one can be President forever. I wonder about people who are so sure of an untested product. The bridge salesmen in their area are lucky guys...

You guys are in sooooooo much trouble with that guy in the office. Just wait till he abolishes the length of each term of the presidency. Then, he would be able to be president for say, another 30 yrs without calling an election I see a new dictator coming on. Maybe there is something to that comparison between Obama and Hitler.
