Our day trip to a lodge we will be renting out during the winter. Wanted to get all the milage and measurements done. We also found a place to park our Snowcat at the base of the mountain. It will be watched all winter as well.

A storm was starting to move in. At these altitude levels storms can jump in on you fast! But it was just a bit of rain.

Picture of the family. Some kids have "Blankys". My son has his sword. LMAO.

Good pics. Thanks for posting! That lodge looks nice. Do you rent it out and use your snowcat to take others there for hunting and such, or is this your family's get away for the winter months.
Can your snowcat make it all the way to the lodge? The way you talked of the parking spot it sounded like it was not that close to the lodge.

The Lodge is almost exactly 8 miles from where the parking area is located. The Snowcat I bought to use for the Lodge is 10 feet wide so trailering it back and forth was out of the question. The Lodge will be leased by my company to rent out during the winter. Skiiers, Snow shoers, Corporate retreat, Play Boy get away ECT ECT will be who I rent it to. The Snowcat will be used to get them in and out. PLUS We could have a Forumsforums snowcat meet as well. Also I am trying to get the Snowcat shootout here next year not to mention snowcat school and winter survival course. We will see on that though.

OH and yes no problem getting all the way to the front doors of the lodge. I took two groups up there two years ago in my Snow Master. Hell a Kristi might even beable to make it! Ok so maybe not a Kristi.
