Off-Lease computers

Looking for a new(er) computer for my son.

I'm on TigerDirect and found a computer that looks reasonable.

It's listed as "off lease". For the Windows 7 installed, does Microsoft still consider this a full, licensed copy of the software as if I bought it new or does the off-lease make it a non-supported version?

If it is on a computer it would be supported as far as Microsoft still supports Win 7 with upgrades. So my guess it is supported as every OS TigerDirect sells be it on a CD or pre installed.

I bought an off lease Tiger Direct Win 7 computer for my store's payroll system about a month ago. Works great, no issues with the software license.
