Mmmm Potatoes!

Mashed with butter and chives OR fried/boiled cabbage added (Colcannon), pan fried flat spuds with lots of pepper and ketchup, baked or Hasselback style.. because they are fun to eat.
Fried in real butter with fresh crushed garlic, sliced Vidalia onions and fresh parsley. Done with the skins still on and laid next to a seared, rare, New York strip.
I like them deep fried...
pan fried....
mashed with gravy...
baked with goodies on top...
in potato salad...
twice baked with butter, sour cream and cheddar cheese...
broiled with Italian seasonings & salt...
potato pancakes
boiled and tossed in buttered bread crumbs...
microwave potato chips.
