She had a little coat a couple of years ago.
When I took her for a walk one day in some pretty cold winter weather, this guy drives by and looks at us.

He shook his head and made that gesture with hand by his head, going in circles.
I take it he thought I was looney for walking a wiener dog in a coat!
bah!
