Wikileaks: Iran is financing the Taliban

Here is a couple variations of the story, but comes down to Iran paying the Taliban bounties of $1,000 on US forces and up to $6,000 on Vehicles. They have paid more than $200,000 to one of the deadliest groups in Afghanistan.
