Reflections

[Lithium]

I look into the mirror
But to my surprise
A whole different person
Is looking deep into my eyes

This carefree little girl
I saw when I was 4 or 5
Has now become a young lady
Fighting to survive

Its really sort of scary
How time has gone so fast
For what you call the present
Has now become the past

I look into the mirror
And looking back at me
Is the face of a young lady
Where a little girl use to be..
